I know GOOP has its nay-sayers and I don't love every section but I've mentioned before my love of the recipes section (Make). Today, I discovered a new love. The Do section. Gwyneth's (and Madonna's) trainer has provided two workouts so far. Today, a Cardio Dance Routine and around New Years- not sure how I missed it?- a butt/leg workout. I did both today and let me tell you ... the leg/butt workout... OW! But in a totally good way.
