It's "wedding day" at Look Book. I'm sure you can all understand after looking at the above Martha Stewart cover why I had to purchase the magazine even though I have been married for a year and a half. I do know a friend of my sister that is engaged, and a sister of a friend that is engaged and so I bought it. Plus, as said friend pointed out, "It's research for the blog." True.
Regardless, the colorful cover literally jumped into my hands. Color is the theme and there are a million ideas... I loved the idea of having cotton candy as a treat on the sweets table.

That cake is perfection! I love how simple the white cake is, but it's certainly not plain with that beautiful trail of butterflies!
yes, so pretty and really quite affordable with the paper butterflies. they aren't frosting.
