Jennifer Morrison is from my favorite show House on TV. She looks so cute in this ruffled dress by 3.1 Phillip Lim. The necklaces she chose perfectly accent the look.
My friend wore this 3.1 Phillip Lim dress to a wedding this weekend- it was gorgeous! And while I only found one place online to buy it (only limited sizes remaining), perhaps she'll write in a comment on where she found it.

much to her surprise, she found the 3.1 dress at scoop. but she had order it from their vegas store b/c it was the only size 4 left. super comfortable dress, like all his dresses.
